Arnold (AC) Romero has over 30 years of experience in investigations, and background screening. He has dedicated his life to serving his country and his community with pride, professionalism, and integrity.
He began his career by proudly serving in the United States Air Force and quickly made the rank of Sergeant. After his fulltime commitment completed, he served in the Air Force Reserves. He went on to become a police officer with the Albuquerque Police Department (APD).
During his career with APD, he quickly moved into the role of detective and perfected his investigative skills in multiple segments of the department, including, White Collar Crimes, Crimes Against Children, Internal Affairs, and the Impact Team – Narcotics Division. He also served as a School Resource Officer at Albuquerque Public Schools. After attaining the rank of Sergeant, AC served in the Violent Crimes Unit of the Southeast Area Command until he retired.
After retirement, he worked as a private investigator until he was presented with the opportunity to return to APD as a background investigator. He later moved to the specialized unit of the Albuquerque Aviation Police, and has served as an Aviation Police Field Investigator.
His business partner and wife, Janice, holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has over 25 years of experience in customer service, business to business consulting, sales and marketing and technical support services. She knows the federal compliance requirements involved in background screening and drug and alcohol testing, such as from the FCRA, ADA, DPPA, EEOC and DOT.
